The first activity here in Lapland. It was a "sunny" and perfect day to ski, even if it is was a bit cold (-13 degrees). Great way to burn calories from yesterday's "makkaras".

One of the worst performances so far in this pre-season. I wasnt enjoying during the training, was not focused and making mistakes in every control. My head was gone and my concentration too. I decided to stop in control 6 and turn back to the car. I think it was a wise decision, as I wasnt practising my orienteering.

I broke down after the training of the morning because nowadays Im not performing well, and that makes me feel really sad and frustrated. Im making great efforts in trainings and Im not able to stand out in competitions. I wont give up, thats for sure.

I managed to run well in the evening, good speed and just a couple of mistakes in controls 4 and 7. At least I made the right decision, just to have better feelings for the coming weeks.

4x1000m (4mins rec). I had to train in the evening due to I was cited with the doctor in the morning. The training group isnt really big but at least Raico is able to push in intervals. Rorri is the one who leads us to run at the same pace the whole interval, so today was difficult to know if we were going too slow or fast.

The first couple of intervals were a bit slow but the rest went well, pushing in the last one a bit more. I did not have the feeling of being suffering in any moment. To sum up, no super times but great feelings anyway.
