Easy trail run. glorious weather, finally! Perfect for a trail run, the most pleasant in the UK this year thus far! DOMS completely gone, however still feeling heavy in the legs from race. Took it gently today, no issues otherwise.

Road/Trail 1hr in total, with x6 hill repeats at 30 mins. Legs still feeling race last weekend, so slower reps and more fatigue than usual so stuck to 6 reps rather than 8 in order to maintain quality and not get too tired from them. Little toe really sore as going to lose toenail, noticed it during runs for past three days, however it's not changing or impacting running, just annoying.

Easy run in Silverdale parc, legs feeling 50% better than yesterday, still sore, however can now run on them without the extreme discomfort. In fact they felt a little bouncy as they warmed up. No other issues

Easy run, however DOMS making it barely possible to run today. Very sore and as a result the run was very wooden legged. Cut it short at nearly 40 mins as simply wasn't enjoying it and felt i'd be better resting today.
