Easy run on the treadmill (2% incline) by the feel/heart rate. Sweating like an idiot in the gym and heart rate kept crawling up. Slowed down over the time in order to keep the heart rate at an even level. Doesn't felt like running at home. Guess it takes time to get used to some warmth.

Arrived at 6.30am in Hong Kong and didn't sleep much on the plane. Managed however to rest a bit. Finally arrived at noon in Tainan (Taiwan) and went to the factory in the afternoon. Felt tired upon arrival, but actually feeling quite well tonight. Short 30 minute steady run + 5 minute cool down on the treadmill (2% incline) this evening in the hotel. Legs felt okay but sweating heavily. Didn't drink enough water on the plane and in the office today.
Still having a bit of a snotty nose, but longer headache or a sore triathlon. Got up early in order to catch the first train to Amsterdam. Some disruptions caused utter chaos, but managed to board the plane to Hong Kong with 30 minutes left on the clock.
