Steady flat road run with Steven. Felt really good. Managed to stretch and roll off the sore spot in my left calve.

Planned to do the 3hrs endurance specific run this morning as Nathalie is away the whole weekend. Started to develop a sore spot in my lower left calf at 45 minutes in which didn't relieve and generally became more painful. Decided to head home the shortest route.
Ran with nearly all the LL50 kit and the UD AK3.0 race vest, which felt all fine.
