20 min easy, 4km moderate (in 5:20, 5:11, 5:10 & 5:03) and 20 easy. Easy pace felt good. The 1st moderate 2km went slightly downhill and the 2nd 2km went slightly uphill. Moderate pace felt comfortable, should slow down a bit the next time on the 2nd half in order to keep the effort consistent.

Went for a steady undulating road run, which was actually scheduled for Sunday, as I had a 2h window today for getting out for a run today and am not sure how things turn out tomorrow (have to look after Steven and there is a planned visit my father...).
A couple of cm's of wet snow made the going a bit tough.
GPS and GR data are incorrect for the 1st 2km.
