Easy road run by the feel. Lacking energy and legs felt heavy.
Didn't notice any knee pain today while running.

Easy road run by the feel. Knees felt a bit sore while running. Otherwise legs are feeling okay.
Recorded HR for the first 2.5km appears to be incorrect.

Easy 1 hour walk this morning to loosen up the legs. Legs felt pretty stiff and tired yesterday evening. This morning things felt already better and after the walk legs feel pretty loose again.

A very wet and windy day with muddy and slippery underground conditions.
Ran by the feel and eating during the race went well.
First 20km went fine. From 20km onwards slowed down a bit as I needed to focus on route navigation. Got some back pain at around 25km but it went away soon enough. Got some stomach issues from 35km till the checkpoint at 40km. After eating some soup and drinking a glas of coke at the 40km checkpoint stomach settled.

Slightly different course this year. Last year I finished around 10 minutes faster, but the course was then only 48km. So quite happy with the result this year given the lack of decent km's in the last couple of weeks.
