Surprisingly I felt very little fatigue today and ran normal. No aches or niggles, very pleased.

Ran Blackpool as a training run. 1st 6 miles about 7-7.15 pace then increased to 6.40 for 7 miles then 6.20-30 for 2nd half.

2nd half 1.25

Good solid run. Had a gel every 3 miles, didn't feel low at all, plenty of energy at the end.

ran with Dave. Lovely cool sunny morning. Slept really well, felt refreshed after busy week. Ran easy with Dave, chatted whole way round. No problems

Took it very easy, felt fine. No pain in glutes, feet felt a bit sore, think I was a bit battered from yesterday!

Was tired today, worked until 10pm Tues, hate bank holidays!! Hit most of the target paces, but found the 3k tough as i was running into the wind.

Had maintenance session with Duncan- everything is ok
