Was tired tonight, but ran relaxed and churned out the miles! Did 4 strides towards the end. Legs felt ok, just a bit heavy

Kept pace at about 6.40- legs felt ok for first 7 miles, started to feel my L knee rubbing slightly. Guess it's due to tight IT- will do more foam rolling. Enjoyed the session

Ran to and from PT- knee felt fine, ran relaxed, good session with PT

Enjoyed the hill sprints. Running really well at the moment, felt fresh

Legs felt ok from yesterday. Probably ran a bit quick, was a bit rushed today

7 x 1mile with 4min easy. Cool dry morning, ideal conditions. Ran each effort fairly hard, but controlled. Kept pace comfortably and did not tired in the latter reps. Hamstrings and glutes started to tighten up towards the end, but felt ok after cool down.
