easy run with 4 x 30s and 4x 60s hill sprints. Combined it with PT session. Felt strong and fresh, RT heel a bit sore- plantar, need to do loads of strecthing

wow- great steady run. Wore new trainers which felt great. No aches, pains or niggles!! hopefully resume normal training

left glue very sore at the beginning, but felt fine after a couple of miles. Knee ok. Ran 5 surges during the run
