Ran with John- ran strong and steady from the start around Lyme park. It was a beautiful cold sunny morning. We ran up the hills at a decent pace, really good session. Legs felt great again. Should hopefully get some good training in now over the next month

Kept a decent pace, legs felt normal today. Ran for 30 mins then did 6 diagonals and 30mins after. No problems, pleased with session

Ran around Sale water park with head torch. DOMS nearly gone, cold gone too! Feel much better now, ran for one hour with no niggles at all. L shin muscle pain has disappeared, groin from Sunday feels fine too.

1st run back! warm up before PT. Ran really easy, DOMS still sore, otherwise feel ok

Ran after PT- again feel ok, did a light session with has helped with muscle soreness
