Ran in Lakes from Troutbeck past Kentmere along L50 route and back. Had to map read quite a lot on the way out so pace was a bit slow. Ran out in 1.35 and returned in 1.17. Probably got over half way between Marldale Head and Kentmere. Confident I know the route now. Feel I'm improving all the time on the trails, but still find the loose big stones tough to run on.
I can be in South Lakes in 80 mins , find it really enjoyable to drive up early and I'm home for lunch.

Early morning run before work. Ran in new Trabuco trainers. Felt comfy, good grip. Legs feel fresh, no niggles

3x20min hill on treadmill. Ran mostly @ 15%. Good hard session, very sweaty!

Ran pretty hard. Felt ok, but stir fry 30mins before was uncomfortable. Hasd session with Duncan this am- all was fine, he worked on my L glute, shins and quads

Ran to and from core class to fit in my run. Probably ran too fast but felt good. Very hot evening, no problems
