Hip fairly good but legs are knackered. Was going to do a long trek but decided against it last night. Good call!

In the sea. Swam with the body boards. Sea was rough. Swallowed a bit of water but did ok. Swam out to the small orange bouy then to the yellow bouy then back in. Claire was afraid of sharks but convinced her to swim out to the further large bouy and back.
