Hike 40:00 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
to/from campus twice
Road Bike 47:00 11.51 mi (4:05 / mi)
To J-Jones neighborhood via rt. 34, around that for a while, then back the same way.
Road Run 16:00 1.67 mi (9:35 / mi)
Around the hood, slightly better each day, but still a ways from being able to run the way I want.
Roller Ski Classic 46:00 7.19 mi (6:24 / mi)
From Funplex down to Redbarn and back. Nice and cool, perfect long sleeves weather.
Road Run 22:00 1.96 mi (11:14 / mi)
Around at the Funplex, saw goats that live under the solar panels behind the new KS.
Road Run 30:00 2.83 mi (10:36 / mi)
Easy run around Alles Dr. and campus. It was a struggle as I still can't run right, or, more accurately, I still don't try to run right as I don't want to hurt the heel. Its been good, but I don't think its ready for real use yet.
Road Bike 1:42:00 25.65 mi (3:59 / mi)
After buying a bunch of stuff at REI, got dropped off near the end of the Poudre trail, rode the loop at the end of the trail and then back home through Island Grove. Head wind no matter what direction I seemed to be going.
Road Run 20:00 1.86 mi (10:45 / mi)
Short run right after the bike ride, just over to Glenmere Pk and back.
Trail Run 30:00 2.43 mi (12:21 / mi)
Went to Pinewood to do a short trail run. There were some sharp pains and it was awkward, but I got through it. Still snow on the ground, up to 4".
Hike 26:00 2.0 mi (13:00 / mi)
Prorated hike at Pinewood, took a bunch of photos.
Hike 10:00 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
Hiked to campus to warm up the heel.
Road Run 33:00 2.75 mi (12:00 / mi)
Easy run around campus and through Glenmere Pk to test out the heel. It seemed OK, I still feel it walking around. But I'll try a new strategy, easy runs every day. Weather had turned cold, snow earlier in the day, but it was dry and 40F when I ran.
