Strength w/ Jill @ BP.

Standard 8 min rounds w/ low plank + single leg jack knife tabata between.
1) KB + Plate: 12x hamstring bridge, 10x back lunge (w/ weight) per leg, 8x bear dips.
2) Rig + Band: 12x band push throughs, 10x trx rows, 8x trx triceps extensions
3) MB+DB: 12x chest press, 10x bicep pulse, farmers carry

1) KB: Goblet Squat, banded side walk up/down, 12x uneven push ups.
2) Box: 12x Set-ups, 10x each arm rows, 10x plank rock
3) Rig: lat pull down/tricep extension/hollow hold flutter kicks.

Group Wall sits while 3/at time did 30sec ab extension on rig.
