Quietly pleased with my best time ever in a 5k. Watch tells me the course was a bit short, same as last week though so still showing an improvement week on week.
Particularly good as I didn't get a chance to do any serious exercise over the weekend.

Cadet camp: Training Officer/2IC for Nelson-Marlborough Joint Recruit Training Course this weekend. The long run I hoped to squeeze in whilst everything was comfortably under control didn't eventuate, because everything was only just under control! Did get a lot of walking in around base at least.
