Long distance at Ã…va. Thought more about picking the right route choices than staying under the line. Did well in my opinion. Lost some concentration when I met boars, elks, does and a hare which surprised me. 9/10

Morning session with Josh, a lot of good drills added to the backback of knowledge. Conclusion-need to strengthen my knees and hips to improve my running. Almost only good response from my classmates on funbeat.

Afternoon session. Focused a lot on arm pendling and to have a straight line through hip, knee, foot.
