Long Run

Only just coming to terms with how good Ennerdale is for a long run; 30+ km of undulating gravel tracks =sweet. Think this will be a staple when the weather isn't good enough for the fells.

Feeling okay the whole way - perhaps flagging in the last few km. Calf paining for the first 5k but seemed to loosen off after that.
