33, 35, 45 (Running on trail beside top of culvert, branch pushed me mid stride on to culvert ledge. Landing on weak knee, I saw myself in slowmo, tumbling 4 metres down to concrete. This was my first time on Frank Ryan map where regular training takes place. I still love street-O.
