Three exercises with the juniors out at twigham.
We did a line course first and then a micro o where there were 5 controls in a circle all with different letters on them. The kids had to find the feature in the centre of the circle and find the right letter. The letters added together would make a 7 letter word.
We then did a down hill relay at the end. The kids started at the bottom of the hill and ran to the top to collect their maps.

SA junior camp at Burra. We have 24 juniors on camp this year!! So we split the kids into two groups and I took the moderate orienteers.
This first session we looked at contouring and learnt home to follow a contour around a hill as well as around a spur. It was hard and vague out there in meridee

Direction exercise doing point to point. The kids did well especially since most of them are still doing linear feature orienteering.

A really short interval session tonight as harriers was cancelled due to the severe weather warnings. People still showed up so we did 10x200m.

Bridgewater run. Had a rubbish sleep last night. I didn't fall asleep until 3am. Don't know why.

Little courses at adelaide uni. It was wet so I ran really slowly to not slip. Hamstring sore from this morning
