Training after in the uni with many juniors. Simon made fake fences to make the map more difficult with more route choice.

Stretch class. Called off running due to severe weather warning but it turns out it wasn't so bad. Probably be worse tonight

Long run at bridgie. It was quite warm out so I was worried about my hayfever flaring up. Ending up ok but my legs felt rubbish and stiff at the 6-10km mark and only felt better again in the last km. Just achey and sore.
We did the bandicoot trail which i forgot is steep in places.
