Ran over to Chinamans beach and ran along there for a bit then back to Goanna head land on the small tracks there. I wanted to go all the way to the headland but a massive carpet python was on the track. Quite pretty really. I didn’t want to test it so turned around and came back. Hard work running along all the sandy tracks.
I also had a horrible sleep last night because something bit me in my coffin tent. I ended up with hives all over my stomach, chest and legs. I had to have a cold shower at midnight to eaze the stinging and itchiness. Still was itchy this morning.

Same session I would have done at Harriers. They are doing 16-20x 100m but I wouldn’t have done that anyway. I have to be careful with short distance intervals.
