I was .5sec off johns time for heat A so I started 3rd to last. And then I was a bit scrappy in the final so lost a hit of time but I ran way harder at the end.

I am in Sydney for 18hours for work. I am staying in North Sydney so I went for a very windy and rainy run across the bridge and back. I didn't like being up so high on the bridge while also being blown about so I came back earlier than I intended. Also! Why are the footpaths in Sydney tiles? They are so slippery.

I also love my class. Turns out pole is appealing to doctors and nurses who start night shifts at 12 and cannot go to morning fitness classes.
