Was tough as my legs are very sore today.

Well I’m stuffed.
Last yumigo trail run. This one at Newland heads. Very windy but luckily the rain over night had made the sand a bit firmer. Was still a massive struggle to run the whole way on soft sand and my legs are in a lot of pain right now.
Driving home was tough too.
Ended up 7th and I think I won my age class for the whole series.
Pushed the last 2km as best I could.
Proud with my effort :)
May have been 8th which I think puts me at 4th for the females in the long course overall!

Today I volunteered as timekeeper for Torrens park run. I only stuffed up one time! Good news.
