I do not know what happened with my heart rate again. I felt ok. super easy to get high. skied to mystic lake and back and them some more on top of that 21 miles. 1600 ft of straight climbing one way. very beautiful. gotta do mental training stuff before I go to bed for 1hr. lets hope everything from my legs, health and mind gets better for the rest of the season and I can actually perform close to where I want too, if not should

felt ok. Still really tired for some unknown reason and I am getting sick of why my heart rate is so easy to get high. I don't know what else to do, the antibiotics could still be in my system, the botox could've failed and my leg thing is back, but that is unlikely seeing as it kicks in for over 6 weeks. legs felt ok just a bit tight and sore, but makes sense no massage or anything for 12 weeks. I do not think it is all my anxiety either. performance anxiety is definitely important and I would be faster if it were under better control but not even that can hurt me as bad as I have been performing lately. I will talk to the doctor on monday. hopefully more antibiotics are not needed

same thing with my heart rate good to know my knee will be ok fingers crossed knock on wood. took an 1hr nap and I had a good time. Again concerned with my heart rate I can't even run 6mph without it going out or near the high end of my zone, wonder if it is with breathing? I feel like my lungs are heavy when I start any sort of exercise. has been that way since I moved here, have not been able to breathe without really laboring
