Again, not sure total distance but I would bet 3:5-3.8km.
Did 3 set of 21km with a few min reat in between.

Felt good overall.

Lake swim to get ready for the triathalon in next month. Distance said 2.96km but I know I couldn't do that in 31:30 so I'm thinking it was closer to 2km

Made it out to Blacktoe running for the first time this year!!

2km warm up
3 x 2km at 4min/km with 2 min rest in between.
6x200m at 10km pace (3:45) with 200m rest in between
2km cool down

It was SOO HOT and humid out. Very hard workout!

Tried out some new New Balance shoes - didn't like them as much as my 1500v3 new balances so going to stick with them!

Double workout today. Spin class followed by 10km run. Stomache started hurting a bit on my run so had to take a few breaks!

shoes: New Balance 1080

Rough run! Hard weekend so I missed my long run yesterday. Went this afternoon. Kept all KMs below 5 mins but took a water break twice :)
