Red Course 1:05:00 [4]

Went out to a new area with Christian and Gino, ran a red course. Got through pretty much the whole thing. Noticed a habit I have when I run long legs, so I will be able to fix that this weekend. Rolled my foot on some rocks a couple times, hopefully they weren't bad enough to affect my performance this weekend.

Went out to Harriman with the team and ran through most of a red course. Worked on really being able to find the technical points and navigating straight into a point. Went very well.

Run 45:00 [4] 6.3 mi (7:09 / mi)

Ran a trail run with maps with Christian and Gino today, took a while but felt very good afterwards. Worked on thumbing along and being able to predict the upcoming curves of the trail.
