Had a nice run with lots of climb, the run ended up being around 5 miles but we did a core workout before it. This weekend went really well. I still make parallel feature errors but I am definitely cutting that down. I ran very close to a 10/km my first time running a green course. I think I am going to move up to red for intercollegiates.
