Did a practice course out near Buckner with Dan, Justin and Luke. Saw four black bears so that was pretty cool. Afterwards Jett led us through some hardcore 10 minute abs where I was feeling the bern2016.
Orienteering (New Jett trail ) 1:00:00 
Good little trail up to the top of a mountain which is apparently by Jett's house. Very steep at the end and we ended up having to basically climb this thing but it was pretty fun. On the way down I fell and messed up my finger. We got back and did some light stretching/ pushups. Mil move this day consisted of ropes and ankles to bar.
Orienteering (Buckner Race W/ OG) 55:00 
Dan and I completed a eight point race designed by the Cambells. Good little course that I felt like we did pretty well in. I'm feeling really good about our team for the stockville race next week.
