Good race against Navy and Coast Guard. I am really starting to see my land navigation skills come into play. This is my first meet I have broken 10/Km and think I can confidently move into the green level course. I have seen myself improve since my first days with the team including increased confidence. Ways to improve, since I still need to beat David and Gino would be to know where I am going to go before I get to the previous control. This way I'm not spending 20 seconds at each control figuring out my next route. This could have easily shaved off 2 minutes and got me closer to second or first. Running at a faster pace combined with quicker decision making could have pulled me over the edge. Felt solid.

6X of the full flight of stairs in Washington Hall, afterward 30 reps of abs and pushups
Basically it was a smoker but helped me burn off all of the calories I consumed at Christmas dinner.

Hopefully someone is trying to work out next week, then all lifting Tee week, spring break is coming up.

I think the distance was 3.5 miles someone said. My time was 31:04. Poor weather but a fun day. Felt good just couldn't get my footing right due to the wetness. We went through an ab workout afterward with Will leading us.
