Easy with 6x30" stride/sprint near the end - these felt good and legs perking up again.

Pretty tired still from lack of sleep. Legs fine though, left adductor tightness disappearing

Eventually arrived back at the flat at 2am after a couple hours flight delay. Not much sleep therefore, but felt surprisingly awake as I headed out the door. Didn't really have a planned route/time, just ran - timed it well to finish just as the legs were starting to feel a bit more fatigued. No stiffness apart from the left adductor, but that eased off well by the end. Nice chill pace, not forcing it, didn't feel like going quicker anyway.
