Some more rejuvenating laps of the sports fields in the sun. Legs improving.

Nice in the sun. Freshly mown sport fields which made for the ideal surface for the slightly more sore legs today. Again though the running helped things.

Assignment cave but wanted to move the legs again so a token spin on the bike.

Another rubbish sleep which meant I was conscious while the soreness started creeping into the legs overnight. Some gentle mobility and the run was actually not bad. Mainly stiffness in quads and glutes but the running loosened things off.
