Took a break from any running, saving the foot for two weeks. I will have to take a longer break after the season unfortunately.

However, the foot was ok during the race and only little pain after. Managed to run the course with few small mistakes and some bad route choices, but physically this was a little too much for me. Fallen trees everywhere, steep muddy slopes, really demanding. Lost 12 minutes to Agris. That man is in good shape.

Relay tomorrow.

Started orienteering when I was 12. Trained a lot and had good results. At 20 rock'n'roll took over for 15 years. Now I'm back. :)
