Orienteering 1:01:54 [3]

NNC Littlemill.
Walked round again, with the intention to turn it into a map memory sorta exercise. This worked well, and forced me to get a lot more from the map when I glanced at it. Horrendous weather, such bad snow/rain/hail so my legs went numb (didn’t really notice until I did a Megan and slammed my knee into a log), but all good bants.

Good fun, and the masses who retired just need to toughen up ;)

Form felt good tonight, right side (gammy foot side) balance is defo worse than left tho so when I start running a bit more might check with physio to see what I can do for preventing this causing any related issues!

Easy run round some tracks in Nethy. Foot felt goood but still being very cautious! Legs actually turning over ok considering how little running I’ve done since October.

30mins metafit class, then 30mins core workout class. Feeling severely unfit but metafit had a lot of arm stuff which isn’t exactly my strength.... followed by pizza with my amigos :))

With Ali (my physio lool), Molly and Eilidh in the hall corner, as the class had a really short WD.
