Been at Scotjos weekend in Deeside this weekend. Drills in the morning, then round some courses at Balmoral then Cambus O May on Saturday- foot felt ok to begin with but got progressively worse. Was going to do the running drills technique session this morning, but foot wasn’t happy about being in terrain yesterday so just watched the others attempt them! Then walked around a little bit of the control pick at Pannanich.
Seeing a physio on Tuesday :)

Good fun, planned ahead well, a couple of missed opportunities with RC which I’m blaming the darkness on ;)
Foot still not great, slightly rolled it on a grass bank which didn’t help. Beginning to feel like rest isn’t really doing anything but don’t really know what else I can do!
