Running 9:56 [3] 1.8 km (5:31 / km)

Orienteering 28:27 [3] 3.36 km (8:28 / km)

Auchernack VHI course. Wish I'd taken a bit of a longer one as this was vvv nice, but feet hurt so probs not a bad idea keeping things chill. Good nav, one small parallel error but was confident that I had come into the wrong place so an easy fix. Nice to see the nav coming back, and a big improvement from when I raced this (would be surprising if not, but nice to acknowledge it aha)

Running 12:37 [3] 2.15 km (5:52 / km)

Note
(rest day)

Was going to do something, but wasn't feeling great so just went for a walk instead

Monday Jun 1 #

Swimming 15:00 [3]

Celebratory dook after the exam results

Cycling 1:15:06 [3] 31.68 km (2:22 / km) +203m 2:18 / km

Tulloch Moor loop. Felt Dad edging away at times which was good motivation to keep up the pace. Just about went flying over a bump on the moor road. Didn't drink enough today so was flagging at the end, but felt grand after downing some water on return

Sunday May 31 #

Running 1:00:51 [3] 8.3 km (7:20 / km) +250m 6:22 / km

Up one of the hills beside Lochindorb. Good chunk was terrain which was fun and an interesting scramble early on, didn't realise how steep it was going to be!

S&C 35:00 [3]

HIIT with Millie on zoom. Lovely AMRAP to finish

Running 29:54 [3] 5.05 km (5:55 / km) +47m 5:39 / km

Round Heathfield. Feet feeling relatively good which is exciting, hokas are dreamy on the dry trails.

Love that people are willing to donate money and drink eggs to support healthcare/key workers, but aren't willing to support them by listening to government guidelines...

Swimming 15:00 [3]

Back at Loch Vaa with Jo (at a distance of course), happy days :)

Friday May 29 #

Orienteering 48:54 [3] 4.96 km (9:52 / km) +37m 9:30 / km

Loch Vaa. Did a few corridor courses which mostly went well, need some slopes practice me thinks. Very very nice session though, finished with a 30min dook in the loch after. Grand afternoon out :))

Swimming 20:00 [3]

Decided to log this

Thursday May 28 #

Cycling 1:07:32 [3] 20.19 km (3:21 / km) +124m 3:15 / km

MTB again. Not as long as I thought it would be, but no harm keeping things chill atm. Exciting announcement from Nicola today, although not so good for the road biking!

S&C 35:00 [3]
