Foot was more sore again this morning, it tends to be worse in the morning then gets better as the day goes on. Foot was a tad bit sore during the flutter kicks, couldn't push off without pain so finished in the deep end with deep water running. Foot felt better after pool than it did before but gonna keep icing it cus that seems to really be helping.

went and got things done with Stoppa today. I was happy to see the elliptical didn't really bother my foot, at least at an off day effort. Pool was also ok on the foot. Pretty tired today actually as well.

Bike went well today. Room was warm and I could push a bit harder on the foot. Got a good sweat and could feel like I put in good work. Finished with 15min swim to get a full body workout.

Decent bike today. Couldn’t push too hard without bothering my foot. Then did extra core work to make up for no running.

60min pool workout

Did a mix of front crawl and deep end run to keep the heart rate up. I find the front crawl keeps the heart rate up more so I like to add it in.
