Pretty good work today. Started off rough with a horrible effort on spikeball, been off my game lately... But pool went quite well, got a really good effort in on the swim and kick, with a personal best for distance during the total 6min. Interval effort was quite good, was able to block any hesitation out and just went for it. Strides felt good as well, massage also seemed to loosen up the ankle for my run.

Good run with the guys, super nice warm weather today. Legs were feeling pretty good, I think long run sort of shook out the Saturday effort so I was feeling pretty good today.

Pretty happy with the effort today. Mind definitely is going to need some practice at getting in deep again. Ran the loop in 13:23, pretty happy with the time and the effort. Right ankle still an issue.

Went for 50min with Tpain through LPH and centenial. Got really warm and sunny out which was great, got to work on a bit of heat training today. Feeling pretty good considering the mileage!

Good session today, focused on form on all of the strength circuit today wich seems to slow me down but increase the amount of effort used. Strides felt good, and weights went well. With the smaller amount of work on weights as well I'm keeping focused on getting a high intensity in.

Ran the Bellrose loop with Tpain, may have gotten a little carried away at times but slowed it down when we noticed. Really great run tho, got a lot of honks today too which was abnormal..
