I felt groggy this morning, as often happens after a normal night of sleep on the heels of some short nights.

I ran to Green Lake and back before dinner. My legs felt stiff starting out, and my upper hamstrings (near the sitz bones) felt a bit tight and sore afterward. I took a Trondheim map with me and read a few legs.
