O training 38:00 [3] 6.43 km (5:55 / km)

Local Ballarat event on a map near Linton, nice gully spur with a few annoying logs. Felt ok, then half way around started to get really wheezy which was scary so I eased off for 5 mins and it settled but then came back abit when I tried to speed up again when Aston zoomed past me!!! Will be more diligent with preventor!!

running 1:00:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR3

Taking Johns running class again, jogged to Stradbroke park from Kew rec where there was frost on the grass... (1.c- these people are much tougher than me!) then supervised and joined in with 5 x 800m, 1 min rest
Then jogged back. Took about an hour to get full function back in my frozen fingers!!! Didn’t do any of the reps hard, just steady
5 PM

sprint training 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR3

Three sprintO courses set around Polytechnic by Nathan. Good fun! Body was not playing nicely so took it easy. R glutes really need some attention/spikey ball action and Ankle from Sunday still sore but fine to run on

running warm up/down 8 [3] 1.5 km (5 / km)

running intervals 19:00 [4] 4.5 km (4:13 / km)
shoes: Hoka Challenger ATR3

modified usual tuesday Mona session with Karen, always good.
3x 90secs, 90 floats
3x 60secs, 60 floats
4x 30secs, 30 floats

tried to float faster this week and we were both hammered by the last one.
I love the Mona type sessions because they are mentally easy but really effective, getting bang for the cheapest buck!.
