Did the thursday intervals by myself today as I can't make the session with the clan tonight as I am hanging out with my sister in law. Also feeling better today.
Warm up - ran from my flat to the track
15 x 200m. Ended up being a lil bit longer than 200m as I ran in the second lane as other people were using the first. Times were between 41 and 46 seconds. Times started off around 41-43 depending on the stretch with the head wind, times slowed to be around 44-46 at the end
Warm down back to the flat

Was planning on going out for a hour but my legs were not feeling it, my tyres needed pumping up and my finger tips were getting v cold even though i had gloves on.

Feeling much less than average today, so decided to take it easy and work on some of my uni assignments

Haven't run this far in a while. Motivation was non-existent today, but this ended up being a procrastinating run (I have two reports to write and don't know how to start either).
Ran from my flat around the Canterbury agricultural park to south hagley, around south and north hagley, then through Ric bush back to my flat.
