ITS MA BIRTHDAY! highland wolf at Dunachtonmore

Going to number 1 i could see that the course was gong to be a running race. was good to #1, ran straight past #2, wasting 2mins or so, good to #4 but on the way to 5 things didnt quite fit so went down to far and climbed back up to it. Good from there until #9 but going to 10 ran right past the pit and ended up way to far down the hill, lost 2mins. Then was good until the secod last leg where i made a terrible routechoice and screwed up my entry into the control, lost 1 min. Overall a fairly poor run but head wasn't really there and just didn't have the motivation to push physically.

Note to self: Try not to be so tunnel visioned and look around more

Bit tired having just come from the bike park but played the best I have in quite a while with a good unforced - forced error ratio

Biking 25:00 [2] 7.0 km (3:34 / km)

BTS biked straight into a fallen tree on the track around a corner so got chucked straight over the handle bars onto the tree but nothing more than a scraped finger
7 PM

Tennis 1:30:00 [3]

Working on not making errors and instead forcing them, was playing pretty bad but good fun anyway

WeTT at Corsedarder

loops exercise working on diagonal hill legs (something i am not very good at!) quite fun and feeling good given the two hard sessions yesterday with my only real mistake being a bit too high from 10, just drifting up the steep bit very enjoyable and feel like i got quite a lot from it.

Note to self: Good use of more accurate compass bearings and map simplification - try not to get distracted/ put off by others though
