As yesterday. Start and finish from Bousdale tonight.
Running 47:02 9.68 km (4:52 / km) +170m 4:28 / km
So the watch says I need to step up my easy runs. That's 132bpm. Up from 122. That's at the level I was at when I was 40. I feel it. A much bigger effort. Middle ride to Bousdale.
Copenhagen to home, very late next day back.
Running 42:20 7.4 km (5:43 / km) +19m 5:39 / km
Very easy on the back side of dunes. Felt slow and tired.
Took a dip at turnaround in the Baltic.
Travel day to Copenhagen.

WMOC Long B Final. Gribskov
Promised a lot more but generally happy. In contact with the leaders until 6. Then made a terrible route choice to 7. 3mins
2:30 on 13,
4 mins on 14.
Had a few other bobbles here and there. Could have won this one but not too upset. 11 mins down on winner. 14th/70. This was my type of terrain. paths with contours. Looking forward to Laramie. Hopefully get some good competition and I stay fit.
Tony Holland passed unexpectedly today. Very sad news. On a positive turns out Chris Terkelson from O Track remembers me from Halden with Grant Bluett!! Crazy.http://obasen.orientering.se/winsplits/online/en/d...

Very easy on Model Long. Aim was to stay in contact with the map. I roughly did. But I think my compass is off. On some bearings I went extra slow and was still 30m off over 200m of ground. Tomorrow the aim is to go steady. NO 5 MIN mistakes!!
