Nothing gained doing this. Frustrating. Knee is shaky and holding back is frustrating. Looking forward to seeing surgeon now.
NB. Was secretly hoping WP meet was on. Decided not to target this race, but was looking forward for a catch up and a wander about. I found out last week I've not orienteered since Nov. 2019. (Although, realistically, I've probably not orienteered since 1990).
