Great stretch session, with my usual modifications. This is really helping the hamstring injury to recover. Hip flexibility is increasing steadily.

Nice run to the end of the Lego building and back. Felt a bit of a wall at just over 6 km, but then it went away when I focussed on deep breathing. I think the CT workout yesterday left a lactate legacy! Cool, windy conditions today.

Great CT workout. Got sweaty, muscles were warm, vast improvements in flexibility. Did a few upright rows with light weight at the end.

RALF workout: the six-male-strong group did a different (and longer) workout from me. I did a run from WHS parking lot to Maitland and back (just over 4 km), then did the circuit workout which incorporated my core and knee exercises with a few of the RALF-specified ones thrown in. Did a good lap around the designated grass loop in-between each exercise. Mild static stretching at the end. Nice temp, albeit windy. Rain started up just as the group was finishing.
Running distance recorded was 'running only'; total time includes everything.
