Back on the lunch loop! More of a wobble than a run due to heavy DOMS in quads and glutes (not as bad as last time though), but really enjoyed it!
Strength and conditioning 1:00:00 
PT session at the Unit.
Warm up on the treadmill, side shuffle with band, lunges, sprints.
Then session with back squats, similar weight to last time but it felt so much easier. Then triceps exercises, glutes then lunges with 15kg overhead, then squats in lunges position with 10kg and a resistance band at knee level having to work against. Didn't feel as destroyed as last time by the end of it but still a great S&C session.

Easy running with PA along pretty much the same loop as thursday. Everything feeling good.

Appointment with James today - he did some release work on ITB/hip/hamstring so hopefully that'll sort out recent tightness. He wants me to keep building up the runs: add on 10% each time, run every other day until I get to 10/12k runs, keep the pace easy.
