Today my legs were defiantly feeling a bit sore from the long run yesterday. It was also a bit harder to keep the tempo pace going since I was running by myself and did not really have anyone to push the pace. I felt like I was going at a good pace but there was really not spot in the run were I found myself having a really hard time controling my breathing. Next time I will be pushing the pace a lot more and getting myself to the point were it is very difficult to breath and then just staying at a pace below that hard part and continue pushing through the whole thing.

overall this run began good I was feeling very good and strong. However, after I got lost I began to loose my energy for the run. Getting lost defiantly made the time go by very fast which was pretty. This was the longest I have ever run. Doing long runs on a more hilly surface is different then at home. At home I am constantly doing my long runs on flat roads but it was good going up and attacking the hills. They would good both physically and mentally.
