Good workout. Pushed hard on the intervals. Behind my knee was hurting especially on the C’s so I feel like I didn’t push those as hard as I could have.

Really good workout for me. Felt tired and sore starting but once I got going it was good, built throughout and wasn’t too far behind Rebekkah. Back of my knee hasn’t been bugging me the past few days but it was hurting this morning and throughout the day. I’m not really sure what happened but it kind of popped during the workout but I kept going. Starting to feel it now though. Will stretch and Ice and repeat.

Felt that my effort was there but my speed was not. Legs felt pretty heavy but still focused on pushing myself to go harder. I focused on rolling the downhills and moving efficiently up the uphills.
