usual legs and arms, though skipped the squats because my quads are quite sore atm, folllowed by various core exercises. sore left foot afterwards, though not during so idk why

Faster to uni than yesterday but slow home, struggling against the northerly. Got frustrated with the amount of road works going on. I went through 5 separate lots on the way in. And alot of the workers don't seem to be very good at keeping traffic flowing using their stop/go signs.

Into town to go look at the lights :)
Didn't leave home until after it was dark, and discovered once I got into the park that my torch was dead, so used my phones torch, so was quite slow through the park trying to be careful to avoid roots etc. Watch reckons that I did 120m climb, but pretty sure it was mostly downhill/flat... found keeping a decent pace difficult along the flat, my legs just had little in them to give. L foot /ankle sore towarsd the end.

to uni and home. I was disappointed to be just over 20 minutes there so decided I'd try ride fast home and aimed to get under 45 so I am happy with my time :) legs got sore going up the hills though! Nice having no wind after yesterday

very very windy. I considered giving up and walking on the way back because I was being knocked about so much

usual stuff in the gym. skipped the planks at the end as I couldn't stop shaking, but did a couple of extra things for arms.

Harriers - warm up, drills, 4 x 1500 (watch was measuring about 1600 per interval) with approx 400 rest in between.
It was very windy throughout and after the second interval started raining as well. Tummy was sore for most of it which was annoying and I'm not sure why it was. Splits were 7:20, 7:30, 7:52, 7:45. Legs felt good throughout, though I struggled battling with the wind at times.

Did a strength routine from the Nike training app. The core part was tough. Will try getting to the gym twice this week to do the exercises that Matt gave me to do. Had planned on running today but spent a couple of hours walking/jogging around Karori Park for a research thing and felt really tired after. Legs were quite tight doing this so I had a hot bath which will hopefully help, and I can do some better training this week.
