Warm up and drills followed by 2 sets of 20 x 20 hard, 20 easy with a 3 minute rest between sets. Felt pretty good for most of the session, getting a bit tired and sore towards the end.

Similar long run to a couple of weeks ago - up Bells, along the skyline, loop around the top of Wilton bush then back via the track through the horse paddocks and Huntleigh park. Felt much stronger towards the end than last time, and managed to run most of the hills.
