3km with Paul along the Downs Link path. Lactic hit around 2.2km which made it hard to up my game for the last stretch. Wasn't a perfect time trial but still a good benchmark to do in the future.

Good quality O-training on Broughton Burrows, the Gower. Setting out & collecting tapes. Felt good and nav was 95% ok.
