BEN DUBH HILL RACE
First hill race in a good long while. Felt strong throughout - definitely higher up the field than I was 6 months ago. Probably could've pushed a bit harder throughout, too tentative sadly. Got passed by Arran Horne with 30s to go, wish I'd tried to hold him. A couple of mins of my PB, but it was a different course which I think was slightly slower. All in all a good evening.
