Leg was still sore this morning but better than yesterday evening. Good deep water run, it doesn't hurt at all which is good. Did some extra strength work since I can't run, might as well work more on the upper body.

Ankle wasn't sore at all before the workout but was painful after. Probably from the bike and walking around in shoes. I tend to forget that it's broken and have to respect it a bit more. Iced after practice and right before bed.

2x10 dumbbell bench press with 45 lbs
2x10 landmine press with big bar+25 lbs

2x10 reverse pushups
2x10/side shoulder taps
2x10 max pushups (27/21)

Really good work on the weights. PB on the bench press. I already did 45s but for one set only. Landmine press were really hard, my arm stopped moving from in the middle of the second set, so that was good.
Good work on the second set of exercises as well. Couldn't do more pushups by the end. Even had a hard time rolling after when I would put my body weight on my arm, they felt like they were gonna fail.

Good deep water run today. Legs has been feeling better in the last few days. There is no more pain, just a little discomfort to remind me not to do anything stupid with my leg.
