Went to the doctors today to get an X-ray on my toe. It isn’t broken! Which I am so so happy about, just have to leave the toe to repair itself

couldn’t do PE because of everything, so instead I went into the gym on my own and did all the machines for 2mins each and then again. With a gap doing all the static skipton sets that I could. To warm up I did 15min on the bike and later did 20sec hits on the bike.

once I’d done the exercises I used my time to do my ankle strengthening stretch/exercises and all my normal flexiblity stretches

Yesterday evening I dropped a plate on my not sprained toe and it caused a ridiculous amount of pain for such a pathetic thing. It’s worse than it sounds trust me. Struggling to walk properly atm :((

Club Champs - nav felt mostly quite clean and running was strong. Caught Ellie at #3 so we were pushing each other. However just after 8 I went over on my not fully healed sprained ankle and was in a lot of pain. Tried to keep running but realised that I had to stop so I retired. :((

cycled to birkrigg, constant incline ride and I’m awful at cycling

shoes: INOV B&R

Ran over birkrigg, to sea wood, through sea wood and back around birkrigg. Was conscious that I had just left my bike in bush so didn’t want to go for v long and I had to be home. Not that speedy but speed felt constant and easy ish.

I’m not the most amazing swimmer and cos I hadn’t been for ages I was lacking.

200m front crawl - 8 lengths
50m breast stroke - 2 lengths (recovery)
