Chill with Joe over Crags then up gutted Hardie before round to KF where we bumped into some ESOC training and got offer maps. Short course without compass then home. Nice evening. Left poroneal bit tight.

Pentlands Skyline - a good experience and alot to improve on. Big mistake was wearing salamons, their great in the dry but shite in the wet. Couldn't descend without keeping cadence crazy high! Bit flat out the start but told myself not to go too hard although pretty jelly like legs for first 45mins untill I started taking in food. Then moving ok until coming off hare hill and got a bit of cramp, managed to shake it off but pack I had been at back of was now in the distance. Walking bits of every climb but got the job done. Have been feeling alot fresher recently so bit disappointed not to be feeling prime. Takeaways, bigger breakfast, inov8s and jellybabies.
