New laptop runs virtual o amazingly, actually makes it a really good training tool instead of a blunder at 5fps. Will use a lot more now that it runs well.

Cycling (MTB) 54:00 [3] 14.0 km (3:51 / km) +440m 3:20 / km

MTB up Corrennie. Made it all the way up steep bit to top, rarely managed to do it in the past, so shows fitness isn't too shabby. Down Rusty Hatch and new trail Lynx Lynx. All good fun.

Note

Physio again. All good, definitely big improvements, no pain walking anymore and nothing too sore. JC please with progress. Calf raises for a week before a proper strengthening regime and the maybe running. :)

Up Fungle to moor, back by Birse. Was in desperate need of fresh air and an escape! Just a lovely afternoon. Almost no pain on bone now which is good, tendons feel a tad tweeky tho. At least cycling is going to work for the mean time. :)

Wee splash in Loch Kinord, very pleasant, and not too cold. Will try to build up to going longer than this.

Note

1h moving chuckies and laying slabs in morning, enough to classify as my strength for the day.
Slope soaring RC gliders, first at cairn o mount and then at time cairn. Probably about 2-3km walking in total, never felt much pain in fibula which is really good. More rest and ice required though.

Cycling (Right Leg) 15:00 [2]

Hard work cycling with one leg. Only using right leg for power, but allowed my self to rest left leg on pedal if I was spinning easily as even just the dead wake of the leg makes it a far more enjoyable/less exhausting experience. Will aim to do a bit of this every day as this is easily manageable.

A bit every day and I'm sure I will notice a difference.

Somehow managed to turn up 2h early to work, no point going home, so fitted in a short core session on the boathouse roof. Core not feeling very strong.
