Leg 1 reccy, felt pretty good until blencathra. Maybe underfueled, but just felt a bit weird this week

Lovely sunshine and out with nic. Not much spring to the legs, period due any time now so feeling a bit average.

Wasn’t really feeling this, tired. But actually legs felt fine and really enjoyed myself after about 15mins in. Snow on the ground.
L calf niggling a bit, seems to ease off with running. Lots of rolling will hopefully fix.

Pleased with distance, climb and time on feet this week despite extra rest day

Another up and down the tees link long run. Bit dull but ground it out. Managed to avoid the snow showers.
Clipped the last few Kms home along the road in at 4:50-5min ks and felt easy, good!
