Taking it easy this week as in the midst of shit ton of nights so not gonna run today

Was meant to do a proper tempo but legs couldnt handle sustaining any effort for longer than 1km after the last 2 days
So switched to a more fartlek type run. Really hot, not the kind of day I want to be using for nights prep. Definately getting to the time of year where I resent doing shift work and wish I could have all my weekends off. Gutted to have missed out on anni waltz today.

Bit of an explore! Irritatingly not path to the summit I wanted so spent a bit of tie faffing around. Was hungry and felt a bit off in back quarter of run.
Most of this was in thick clag unfortunately but really nice run. Legs felt grand after yesterday, good prep for 2nd day of saunders, must do more back to back long runs over next coming months

Couldnt really be arsed so glad I had Vickie with to rally me along
Seemed backward that I ran in the pissing fog and gymed with beaut sunshine outside but c'est la vie

Pilates, grumpy woman but seems to know what shes doing.

Hot. Really slow because of this, felt a bit worse for wear for last 6-8km.
However, so nice to be out in the glorious sunshine! Even had to buy some suncream!
