Short Sunday Long run from my Nana's house. Blowing a gale and sideways rain made for a fairly painful start - but nice to explore the routes my dad did as a teenager. East Howle bank was a cracker of a hill. Better once I warmed up a bit and knowing I was having a Greggs for lunch. Standard day out in Co. Durham.

Some weather on the cramond course this morning. like an actual stream running across the route after about 500m. Made for wet feet and a slow going start. Felt ace despite the awful conditions. Nice to do that fave parkrun with dad again :)
