Jesenski kros za SŠ 2018 - Tivoli
Pocutim se cit brez energije, med tekom me zmanka, tetiva me sicer ne boli ampak sem v desni nogi prevec svoh, cuti se da tetiva/glezenj nista vredu + na koncu me bolijo roke tako da bo potrebno vec vaj za moc rok. Na koncu vseeno tretja.

Pri športni se malo iztecem, naredim nekaj stopnjevanj, stabilizacijo...

Se mi zdi da tale ura mer mal fouš... tako da mislim da sem v tem času naredila vec kot le 2km.

Probam it tect bosa na tekasko napravo in res, tetiva ne boli niti malo. Naredim cisto malo amapak sem tooook presrecna! :D
Kej vec kot tole je pa ze tezko pretect v kosu ker se ti noge dobesesno scvrejo!
