Didn’t want to get going but once I did it came along nicely. Shins weren’t too bad, not getting worse anyways. Put some more focus on upper body stretches to work on my shoulders.

Wasn’t the best workout. Realized I was fighting myself during the workout, tried to push through and deal but didn’t go over too well. Quads were sore and I was focusing on that rather than moving forward.

Wasn’t focused on the workout, the drills were spot on but kept losing it on the runs. Took some time to do some extra calf strengthening, hopefully this will help out with the shins. Tender spot still there no change.
