Hit the x training hard, quads were burning real good. Enjoyed the grind and got in there. Made the drills lighter than usual, still quick but not quite as snappy.

Tough workout and my mind kept drifting. Worked hard to stay focused but I know I could have been more involved in the workout throughout. Need to get better.

Had a lot more energy today than the past few. Had a good swim and great workout. Strides felt better than they have in the recent past.

The DWR started hurting my knee mid way through. Maybe the forceful forward swing? Seemed iffy on the ellip after. Weights were solid though!

Effort on the ellip was great, got some good work in. Felt really faint and dizzy at the end so hopped on the bike for CD. Looking to a better workout tomorrow!
