Legs were sore from deadlifts but were better in the evening after moving around. Really trying to get in deep and enjoy the long intervals which is something I find to be challenging at times.

Good run around the neighbourhood and around Belrose loop. Legs were feeling a little tired but nothing serious I don’t think just pretty tired from work and looking forward to the break.

Was a late run after working all day. Was really tired and legs were feeling stiff. Only had a quick stretch before bed so need to do a better job of incorporating that into daily activity.

Biked to the gym for a little extra strength training. Core was feeling like it got a little extra attention the day before.
