Long run
Ran to Brooklin form Whitby. Fun to run a new route. Legs felt good after I warmed up. Picked up the pace the last 15 min.

Mtb at Harwood Trails with Tamara and Ian

Super fun riding Flowy trails. Rented an xl scalpel. I rode almost the whole time with rear suspension locked out by accident. So good to ride again with Tamara and Ian.

Workout # 1: 15min WU, 3 X (3, 2, 1min hard with 1min jog) with 2min jog between sets, 15min CD

Found a gravel trail on a slight hill. Used it for the intervals. Half were up hill and half were down. The 3rd set was tough. I tried to keep the pace the same. Solid effort.

Legs a little sluggish to start. Loosened up at the end.
