80' moderate. Felt yesterdays hill reps for the first ten mins or so, then really started to feel good, and felt nice and even and controlled all the way to the end. Really enjoying these sessions.

[managed to negotiate an early start/early finish to the weekends work, so at least got to do my sessions in the afternoons this weekend]

20' easy, 6x 60sec hill reps, 4x 30sec hill reps, 20' easy. Starting to understand Allys blog about these...! Hard hard session, but actually really enjoy them, always been perversely fond of that copper/blood taste in the mouth...

Flagged on the final 60' rep but after recovering felt really good on the shorter ones.
