first proper intervals since end of february 800s-1k-1.5k-800s off 4' really unfit for this. Emma and me did not feel our strongest version today, not very happy with the pacing neither the time. Starting again... calf was a bit sensitive, so decided to stop at the las 800s. I think I will take the day off running tomorrow. Being more sensible this time?

Trails with Esther, talking about orienteering and competitions, and of course some tips, listening mostly, what a life! Same route as a few weeks ago (before ceo), felt better physically than last time :) and continuing running without pain which I can't be happier about it. Bring on the summer training!
