First session in a long while and felt very unfit. Running ~3:50s which isn't terrible but felt like hard work and lactic started coming in. Pretty positive overall though, didn't feel fatigued really, just unfit

Feeling pretty poor beforehand and never really perked up on the run. Faded slightly in the last 5 mins but never too bad. Slightly disappointing after a decent week but hopefully just an slightly off day
