First section fairly clean then a few scrappy mistakes on the butterfly loops. Binned 10 mins at #18 then just walk/jogged it in from there. This is the bit up to #17.

Easy Crummock and Buttermere loop with Herbie. Tough going with the wind but very enjoyable. Plan is to keep things easy until British Nights then get a few more weeks of quality training in before selection season starts.
