Epic session up Grindslow, down and up to woolpack, down to Jacob's Ladder, up Brown Knoll and finished up Hollins. Focus on running hard (using perceived exertion a lot more now, because it makes more sense on the fells.)
Left my watch charger at home so gone without for a little while. Would have been a KOM up grindslow and I imagine up Woolpacks too, so a bit annoying not to have strava, but it was good to have a rest from the watch. FELT REALLY STRONG. One of the best sessions I have done but slowed down a lot after dropping off brown knoll.
