a nice 6am flight from heathrow to truly disrupt the sleep schedule after a couple nights lost sleep due to anxiety..going to sweden pretty sleep deprived so will focus on getting as much rest as possible next couple days and hopefully feel alright by monday stage 1. no pressure though need to remember it’s a holiday event:)

cycle with hannah!! nice loop on a nice day. still not that good at cycling, hard going up hill and majorly getting dropped by hannah. keeping at it tho

fun run out on the short at wcoc!!! did not have mental energy for a long today and knew i would probably end up going quite slow with the bracken so decided short was for the best and glad i made that choice as i could properly race round. really enjoyed, and pushed quite hard throughout. nav was alright, 1-4 was good but quite hesitant into 5-7 and especially into 5 as was at the wrong feature. better after that. lots of fun and feeling less tired. travels to sweden begin tomorrow..feeling so excited obviously but with that comes anxiety duh so feels a bit mentally drained these past 2 days. once i arrive it will all be ok though :))

easy sprint o round kendal. poor course similar to last week just no routes and a lot of dead running. really really exhausted today though so maybe for the best that the course was not too hard technically. super sleepy today need some good rest before o-ringen next week! so excited for some forest o after way too much sprint!

another good run!! happy to put down 2 good performances on the 2 sprint days. a lot of people were saying before that it was quite easy so i knew the focus was going to be on the running. saying that though i defo didn’t find it super easy at all and i thought it was a pretty good course. really liked the 2 min road crossing 18-19 haha gave me time to have a break and plan the rest of the course lol. happy with my running, really felt like i pushed hard and was super motivated. happy with this run and result especially on a course that was not the most technically challenging

a couple silly routes where i plain missed the most optimum one especially on the way to 8 - cost me over a min. main problem was how i felt though, with the sprint relay i really did not prep well so stomach problems majorly hit at like 3k so was pretty rough going from then on yuck. not happy
