Arvo swim, felt good but got the impression that I wasn't meant to be swimming in the lane I was, but no one said anything. Got home and hopped into the pool with the boys :)

This was tough, so humid and I just don't cope with humid (and my leg doesn't the most). From our accom to Centennial park (I think this is the first time I've run here!) and just did two laps of the white fence then met Trent and we did another together. Fingers crossed I'm feeling 100% soon as this has been a crap week of training and I'm keen for a long one next weekend

Note

No running today, but after a lovely brunch catch up with Catherine, Lucy, Harper and Ian(s) we headed to Bondi and walker the 6km coastline path to Coogee which was lovely
