Long run with Sonia (and Paul for a bit before he pulled out with stomach issues), coolest Sunday run in ages and felt much more comfortable as a result. Son talked a lot and as a result it actually went pretty quick

Road runners @ Flowerdale. Had planned on running the long but my leg failed me big time for the first time in ages. Not sure if it's because I've started wearing my orthotics again or whether it's slowly getting worse - either way it might be time to stop the 'fast' running for now, especially if I want to run a couple of half marathons this year
