Hamstrings,then two sets of six sprints and a lap ,jogged around playing field once to get up to 3 km ,beautiful day ,Tooearly for Andrew

Blocked road so change of plan run with ned ( just delivered a lamb)south out of west farndon to Trafford house,eydon ,burnt mill,lockdown changed today therefore met no walkers !Found final hill on road too tough why ?

Very slow walk to dereks and back along carriage drive kept meeting people

Did long copse but across pond field first as andrew not here then finished around playing field to get over 5 km ,very cold

Nene way from summer leys meadow back to grand designs mill then back up to great doddington,then down to river ,uninspired walk to a45 bridge and back via nature reserve ,should have been further
Slow as bird watching on the way
