Binned 3 mins to the first control when I lost contact and struggled to relocate, then had a few more hesitations in the circle. Probs 5-6 mins mistakes. The rest was pretty good. Legs were still a bit sore but not too bad. Not my best day of O anyhow!

Good session, felt really dehydrated from the second set on. My legs were ok on the hard running but felt sore and weak on the easy which was weird. Paces were a bit slow on the first one, but consistent from there

Decided against running today as legs still tired from yesterday. I am probably going to switch to football on Thursday, so I can do more runs :)
