My knees where rather sore at the beginning, i also had a really sore chest so called it a day at 4km.

Just felt a bit tired so did an easy bike ride.

Running (Loops with stan) 29:51 [3] 6.02 km (4:58 / km) +65m 4:42 / km

My knees where a little dodgy at the beginning but they got better very quickly, my km’s got faster as I went along which was really good as I finished feeling strong. Stan joined me for the first 2 loops and we are planning to run together a lot more so that will be really good to have someone to run with.
